The Albukhary International University (AIU) Language Centre (LC) once again proved its dedication to academic excellence and community engagement through the successful organization of the second Matriculation English Immersion Programme (MEIP) 2025. This three-day initiative brought together 40 enthusiastic students from Kolej Matrikulasi Perlis and paired them with 16 Language Centre student mentors for a dynamic and meaningful learning experience on AIU’s beautiful campus in Kedah.
The programme was more than just an English immersion activity—it was a platform for peer-to-peer knowledge transfer, cultural exchange, and personal growth. By blending academic workshops, interactive debates, cultural showcases, and fun-filled team activities, MEIP 2025 created an environment where students could confidently strengthen their English communication skills while also building lifelong values of collaboration, respect, and leadership.
