Albukhary International University (AIU), through the Centre for Student Affairs and Alumni (CSAA), proudly showcased its commitment to student leadership development by participating in the Bengkel Pondok Kepimpinan 2025. The national-level programme, held from 30 October to 1 November 2025 at Pusat Latihan Kenegaraan Kulim, Kedah, was organised by the Merdeka Strategic Development Centre in partnership with Merdeka Centre.
This 3-day, 2-night camp brought together enthusiastic youth from across Malaysia, offering an immersive platform to build leadership capacity, strengthen communication skills, and instill civic consciousness.

The Bengkel Pondok Kepimpinan 2025 was designed to nurture young, responsible, and dynamic leaders who are prepared to contribute to community and national development. Throughout the programme, participants explored key leadership themes such as:
