Albukhary International University (AIU) proudly celebrated the outstanding accomplishments of its Foundation students during the Distinction Award Ceremony 2025, held on 29 October 2025. The event showcased the perseverance, discipline, and excellence demonstrated by students across the Foundation in Computing and Foundation in Arts programmes—marking one of the most inspiring academic highlights of the year.
Honouring High Achievers with Remarkable Results
This year, 45 students earned the prestigious Distinction Award for achieving a GPA of 3.50 and above in Semester 3, Academic Year 2024–2025. Impressively, 12 students stood out further by achieving a perfect 4.00 GPA, demonstrating exceptional mastery of their coursework.
Altogether, 93 students successfully completed all three rigorous semesters of their Foundation studies—an achievement that reflects their resilience, dedication, and academic maturity.
A Ceremony Graced by AIU Leadership
The celebration was made even more meaningful with the presence of respected university leaders, including:
